Karin Tursack PT

Karin has over 20 years experience as a physical therapist. Original from Chester County, Karin moved to Berks 13 years ago when moved back to PA from FL. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Eastern Mennonite University and her Masters in Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University. Her clinical experiences include private practice, outpatient orthopedic, inpatient care, work hardening, and rehab. Karin provide a hands-on, individualized approach to treatment and feels it is important to activity involve patients in their care. She strives to expand and improve upon her skills as a therapist by being a continual learner. Karin received a Human Movement Specialist Certification in 2020 and recently completed training in Beat PD Today that provided specific exercise classes for people with Parkinson’s Disease. When not in the clinic, Karin is busy with her daughters. She enjoys staying active and spending time in the outdoors. Karin is an avid runner having run the Boston Marathon and ultramarathons including recently completing her first 100 mile race.

Cody Hart PT, DPT

Cody is a Berks County native and graduate of Exeter Township High School. He earned an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Science and was a four-year starter and captain of Alvernia University’s men’s soccer team. He continued his education at Alvernia University and earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2022. Cody was first part of the South Mountain Physical Therapy team while a student in his graduate studies. He was able to develop new treatment approaches and build relationships during this time and was hired as a full-time staff physical therapist upon earning his degree and attaining PA licensure in Physical Therapy. In his free time, Cody enjoys playing soccer, watching sports, and enjoy spending time with friends

Justin Eisenhofer PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Justin, a co-owner of South Mountain Physical Therapy, grew up in Berks County and is proud to have been providing therapy to his home community for the past 12 years. A graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School, Justin attended West Virginia University where he was a captain of the men’s swim team while working on his bachelor’s in exercise physiology. Justin also received his masters and doctorate of physical therapy from West Virginia University where he met his wife Fran. Justin and Fran have two children: Katie and Owen. Justin believes in a family-centered approach of providing the highest level of patient care to patients across their lifespan from children and athletes to geriatric patients. He has traveled around the country learning from some of the top experts in the ever-changing Physical Therapy field. Justin obtained his Certified Strength and Condition Specialist certification in 2001, Orthopedic Specialized Certification in 2005, and is ASTYM Soft Tissue Instrumentation certified. These allow him to provide the most up-to-date and varied treatment approaches to meet each patient’s individual needs. Effective communication with patients, families, and physicians is an important aspect of Justin’s approach to therapy. Justin says he loves what he does and seeing people get better and back to the activities they enjoy. He takes pride in forming close relationships with his patients in a fun, upbeat therapy environment. In addition to practicing therapy, Justin’s other passion is working closely with many local swim and athletic teams and individuals providing injury prevention and training opportunities. In his personal time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, swimming for fitness, attending his kids’ sporting events, and fishing.
